Shipping & Returns
We ship orders out only Tuesday through USPS priority Mail. Shipping may happen between 2 to 14 business days depending on manufacturing, packaging process and Hilo Post Office timing.
Shipping times vary according to final destination.
We offer a priority US Mail flat rate shipping of $9.50 according to USPS pricing.
We offer a flat rate of $20 for International Shipping.
You will receive an email confirming your order with us. As soon as your order has shipped you will receive a second email with your tracking number. If you for some reason do not receive this email, kindly email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to send you the information!
If you are in a rush to receive your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to accommodate you and check the best and quickest rates. Remember that this is a one person small business, which it means that I take care of the full process: from sowing the seeds of the medicinal herbs to harvest, to drying, to creating the formulas and allowing the herbs to soak for up to 6 weeks in glycerine, then extract, package, label and ship. I really appreciate your support and patience, this allow me to create formulas that are extremely high in quality and love!
Return & Exchange Policy
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Magic Potions by Simona purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund.
- Please email us at email@example.com for approval before mailing out any package.
- Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
- We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return
- Please note on the packing slip the reason for your return.
- After authorization received, please mail your magicpotionsbysimona.com return to:

- You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).
- Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
- All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
- Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
- Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
- Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
Only items purchased on www.magicpotionsbysimona.com may be accepted for a return.

We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused. If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below.

• We accept exchanges on items purchased on magicpotionsbysimona.com only up to 30 days after the original purchase.
• Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt. On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange.
• If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 30 days. If you happen to receive a product with a defective packaging or that is not working properly, we will replace it, please contact customer service at email@example.com and we will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions.
